Hi Magpie70, I’ve visited Croft for the BTCC for the last couple of years. We tend to sit on the banking between Complex and Sunny out, you get a really long look at the cars as they brake heavily into Complex before disappearing round the corner. Then later on in the day we head down to Hawthorn bend to enjoy the battle for the first corners with the cars accelerating for a different kind of experience. The best advice I can give you is because the ‘spectator banks’ are rather steep (45 degrees or so), normal deck chairs keep falling forward when seated. Buy some cheap chairs, cut the back legs down sick some kinda stopper on the poles so they don’t sink into the grass then look smug as you see others keep falling from their chairs all day.
