Relatives and officials say a Syrian-American man of the Druze religious minority is among dozens of civilians killed in sectarian clashes in southern Syria.

The Syrian Arab Red Crescent and Civil Defense teams, assisted by female-led volunteer groups, launched rapid response operations in Daraa to register and assist the arriving families.
