The U.S. Department of Labor recently announced that Boludo Holding Co. — owned by Jerad Rassmussen and Facundo Defraia — owed $105,784 in back wages, damages and penalties, including $44,915 in unpaid overtime. The amount also includes another $44,915 in damages and $15,954 in civil penalties.
