A Wyoming man who posed with a muzzled wolf in a bar was indicted this month by a grand jury for one charge of felony cruelty to animals

Cody Roberts, whose actions sparked global outrage, was indicted for allegedly running over the wolf with a snowmobile, taping its mouth shut and hauling it to a bar.
