The season openers between the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens-Buffalo Bills and Detroit Lions-Green Bay Packers are among the most intriguing matchups to launch the 2025 NFL campaign.

NFL insider Jordan Schultz reported that the two NFC North foes will square off on Thanksgiving at 1 p.m. at Ford Field, meaning the Lions will play a division rival for a third year in a row. The game will be televised on FOX.

The NFL is rolling out its 2025 schedule release all of next week. There will be individual games intentionally leaked out starting on Monday and running all the way through the official full announcement on Wednesday night.
