Tammy Abraham grabbed a late winner as AC Milan came from two goals down to beat defending champions Inter Milan 3-2 and lift the Italian Super Cup trophy in Riyadh on Monday.

It's a night to remember for AC Milan fans all over the world as the Rossoneri won the Supercoppa Italiana's final 3-2 against Inter after an incredibly intense second half, where they scored three goals to defeat the side coached by Simone Inzaghi which had managed to go up 2-0 shortly after halftime.

AC Milan will face city rival Inter in the final of the Italian Super Cup after it beat Juventus 2-1 in the semifinal in Saudi Arabia.

AC Milan came from behind to beat Juventus 2-1 in the Italian Super Cup semi-final in Riyadh on Friday, and the win for Sergio Conceicao's side in his first game in charge set up a derby final with Inter Milan.
