Antonio Pierce became the latest name to join a not-so-fun list Tuesday: non-interim NFL head coaches who were fired after at most one season in charge. The Las Vegas Raiders fired Pierce after a 4-13 season that included a 10-game losing streak.

The Patriots will be making a change at head coach for the second straight offseason, firing Jerod Mayo after one year.

Additionally, Ben Johnson, the offensive coordinator for the Detroit Lions, is another name that could be in the mix. The Patriots have reportedly requested permission to interview Johnson about the vacancy left by Mayo, according to Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer.
