Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are accusing Justin Baldoni’s attorney Bryan Freedman of “improper conduct” over his public statements regarding lawsuits and have requested a gag order.

Blake Lively’s lawyers have had enough of Justin Baldoni’s PR campaign. In a letter to a federal judge on Tuesday night, they argued that Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, violated the New York Rules of Professional Conduct by litigating their dispute in the press.

In December, Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni for sexual harassment and retaliation, and within days sued him, alleging that she suffered emotional distress from her costar and director, who she says sought to malign her character via an online campaign allegedly coordinated with his publicity team.

Blake Lively’s lawyers are accusing Justin Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, of publicly making “misleading and selective” statements about Lively and her ongoing legal dispute with Baldoni, and are asking a court for a hearing “to address the appropriate conduct of counsel moving forward.
