The 22-year-old was on the receiving end of "Asencio die" chants from sections of the home crowd against Real Sociedad.

Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said his defender Raul Asencio was "affected" by chants calling for him to die on Wednesday at Real Sociedad in the Copa del Rey.

Chants of "Asencio, die!" were aimed at the 21-year-old and he was substituted at half-time of the Copa del Rey semi-final first-leg with manager Carlo Ancelotti later saying the player had been "affected" by the incident.
