A new wildfire was reported today at 1:12 p.m. in San Bernardino County. The wildfire has been burning on private land. At this time, the containment status is unknown and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.

Police arrested the man on suspicion of reckless burning in connection with the Little Mountain Fire that torched just over 30 acres on Wednesday.

The drones are being used to quickly investigate unconfirmed reports of fires, keeping firefighters available to respond to confirmed emergencies.
