Corvallis, Ore. – Oregon State on Friday announced the hiring of Alabama assistant JaMarcus Shephard as its head coach, replacing Trent Bray, who was fired following the Beavers' 0-7 start.

Alabama signed a three-game contract with South Florida on April 4, 2019. The Crimson Tide beat the Bulls in each of the first two meetings in 2023 and 2024.
