Rain will arrive Saturday afternoon. Tomorrow will be sharply cooler with highs in the low to mid 40s. Behind this system, a much colder, more January-like air mass will move in. Temperatures will only top out around 30 degrees on Sunday. Strong winds will make it feel as if it’s in the teens all day.

Wednesday will begin with cloudy skies and some light rain, mainly downwind of the lake. It may be cold enough for the rain to briefly mix with snow, especially across the higher terrain of the Primary Snow Belt. No snow accumulation is expected, and this should all occur before mid-morning.
