STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) — Rocco Becht threw for 212 yards with two touchdowns, Koby Howard scored twice and No. 14 Penn State cruised past Buffalo 55-13 on Saturday. Becht secured his Bowl Subdivision-leading 29th win and the Nittany Lions (3-0) capped their nonconference schedule in relatively easy fashion against an outmatched Mid-American Conference opponent that was outgained 305-80 in the first half.

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. – No. 14/15 Penn State football (3-0, 0-0 Big Ten) bested Buffalo (1-2, 0-0 MAC) by a 55-13 score on Saturday afternoon inside West Shore Home Field at Beaver Stadium.

Penn State played its first two games in warm, sunny conditions. The weather is again expected to be ideal for the 14th-ranked Nittany Lions’ nonconference contest against Buffalo on Saturday afternoon at Beaver Stadium.
