Abandoned puppy found in box outside Pennsylvania SPCA
A puppy named Tangi was left in a cardboard box outside the Pennsylvania SPCA with a heartbreaking note from the owner.
Gillian Kocher, the SPCA's public relations director, said the puppy appeared distressed when staff opened it.
