Northbound Highway 101 near Padre Juan Canyon Road was shut down for several hours Dec. 27 due to an accident, according to California Highway Patrol.
Back-to-back crashes were captured by KTLA cameras on Friday morning on the flooded southbound 101 Freeway in Ventura County, as storm conditions caused drivers to lose control on water-covered lanes.
