Osceola Sheriff Lopez placed on Brady list of law officers deemed untrustworthy
In one of his final acts before leaving office, Orange-Osceola State Attorney Andrew Bain put Osceola Sheriff Marcos Lopez on an official list of law enforcement officers deemed untrustworthy. It was the result of months of back-and-forth about comments by the sheriff’s in which he appeared to downplay posting a photo of 13-year-old Madeline Soto’s body online.
