According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, the crash happened on southbound Interstate 35 in Sumner County just south of Wichita.

MULVANE, Kan. (WIBW) - Two people -- including a child -- were killed and seven others were injured in a two-vehicle crash early Thursday on Interstate 35 in south-central Kansas, authorities said. The crash was reported at 12:01 a.m. Thursday on I-35 along the Kansas Turnpike, about 5 miles west of Mulvane.

Two women have died, and three others were injured, including a teen boy who was waiting for a bus to school, after a two-vehicle crash in Minneapolis Monday morning. One woman died at the scene, and the other woman died later at the hospital. Both women were in the same vehicle.
