Aaron Glenn began his NFL career with the New York Jets, and now he's returning home, on Wednesday agreeing to become the team's newest head coach following a four-year run as the Detroit Lions defensive coordinator.

It's with the Lions as the defensive play-caller that Glenn showed his aptitude to become a top coach who can lead a collection of men to greatness. Plenty of sources around the league have commended the Jets for the hire of Glenn, feeling his experience as a player and coach will be well suited for New York.
