Browns CB Greg Newsome II and Steelers WR George Pickens have gone at it on the field and off. But their rematch in Week14 never materialized, with Pickens inactive due to a hamstring injury.

The Browns announced they had placed Greg Newsome II on injured reserve while waiving Kadarius Toney. They also signed four to the practice squad.

Pickens suffered an injury during practice on Friday, and was listed as questionable for the game after being limited that day.

A heated brawl erupted during the Steelers’ Week 15 contest after a physical altercation involving Darnell Washington and Calvin Austin.

The Browns look to stop a two-game skid when they welcome the Chiefs to Cleveland on Sunday afternoon. Kansas City has won three in a row, with their last two wins coming at home each by the score of 19-17. Cleveland is in last place in the AFC North while the Chiefs are atop the AFC West as 12-1. Their only loss came against Buffalo one month ago.
