American sprinter Christian Coleman defended his girlfriend, Sha’Carri Richardson, after the Olympic track and field star was arrested for domestic violence at the Seattle–Tacoma International Airport last month.

Online, social media users are expressing their disappointment with Christian Coleman for defending Sha'Carri Richardson after her arrest.

The police report said an officer was notified by a TSA supervisor of a disturbance between Richardson and her boyfriend, Christian Coleman.
