LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man was arrested and charged with rape Wednesday in connection to a cold case. Craig Long of Switzerland County, Indiana, was taken into custody after an investigation that began in 2011, according to Indiana State Police.
