Although Jorgenson did not win a stage in last year’s Tour de France, he came very close — with fourth-place finishes in the 10th and 16th stages, along with a fifth-place showing in Stage 13.

23-year-old Matteo Jorgenson will compete in the Tour de France for the second year in a row. Last year, Jorgenson was 21st out of 176 finishers, and even had a couple top-five stage finishes.
