The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a 76-year-old farmer in Winterset after he was injured by a bull.

A 76-year-old man was killed by a bull while checking to see if his animals’ water source was frozen on his farm, Iowa deputies said. Family members made the grim discovery the evening of Jan. 19, when they found Mark Hollingsworth unresponsive in the cattle-feeding area, the Madison County Sheriff’s Office said in Jan. 20 Facebook post.

Tanzania’s president said Monday that one sample from a remote part of northern Tanzania tested positive for Marburg disease, a highly infectious virus which can be fatal in up to 88% of cases without treatment.
