After years of speculation, Marvel is supposedly ready to recast T'Challa in time for Black Panther to appear in Avengers: Doomsday.

Marvel Studios may be looking for a new actor to play T’Challa’s son in future movies according to a new rumor. T’Challa’s son was introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the second Black Panther movie in 2022.

Hollywood insider Jeff Sneider has suggested that Marvel is "firmly open" to recasting T'Challa/Black Panther - five years on from the death of original actor Chadwick Boseman.

When Black Panther star Chadwick Boseman tragically passed away in 2020, Marvel Studios said it would not recast the character. But just over four years later, executives have seemingly had a change of heart.
