TORONTO -- The San Jose Sharks rallied with two goals in the third period and ended an eight-game losing streak with a 3-2 shootout win against the Toronto Maple Leafs at Scotiabank Arena on Monday.

The San Jose Sharks earned an unlikely and dramatic comeback victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday. The Sharks erased a two-goal deficit in the third period, killed off a penalty in overtime, and saw Tyler Toffoli and Fabian Zetterlund both score goals in the shootout to earn a dramatic 3-2 win over the Leafs at Scotiabank Arena.

Sharks rookie Macklin Celebrini suffered a lower-body injury on Saturday and is questionable for San Jose's game against the Toronto Maple Leafs on Monday.

Macklin Celebrini is injured. Celebrini did not participate in the San Jose Sharks’ practice on Sunday afternoon at Coca-Cola Coliseum. Head coach Ryan Warsofsky said Celebrini suffered a lower-body injury on Saturday at the Ottawa Senators.
