Tracey gave me flowers last night as a pick me up with her sweet self. I cut off about an inch of the bottom stems. Put ice in the vase and added water. Mardra made the AJC!! I’m not sure of the year this picture was taken. Mardra took water aerobics classes several times a week at the Emma Darnell Senior Facility. She was quite active and independent prior to C19. The isolation and quarantining, in my opinion catapulted our seniors into the early stages of dementia and Alzheimer’s.
