Mayor Steve Rotheram this week welcomed a special visitor to Bidston Station on the renamed Wrexham to Liverpool line. Welsh Cabinet Secretary for Transport and North Wales Ken Skates MS travelled on a train newly wrapped in designs that reflect places along the route including Ness Botanic Gardens, Bidston Hill and Liverpool.
