On This Day 1971 🍿🎥✮⋆˙ 'Bedknobs and Broomsticks' ~ UK premiere. While it certainly has its shortcoming and a patch on 'Mary Poppins' it isn't, 'Bedknobs and Broomsticks' still retains that old Disney magic, especially with the flying bed sequence and the scenes which mixed the characters with animated animals and transfixed me as a child when I saw it at the cinema.
