Fairfax County, Virginia — On April 23, 2025, Fairfax County police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jamal Wali for an expired inspection sticker. Body-worn camera footage shows officers approaching the vehicle and beginning a routine interaction, with no prior indication of a violent encounter.
