Hiking Mount Tom Saturday from Easthampton on the breathtaking New England Trail passing by the history here going back to the mid 1800's one of several mountain resorts built atop the mountain at Mount Tom summit, all which burned. Not for the squeemish, with trembling legs I conquered my fear of heights! This white blazed trail traverses the cliffs with the initial climb involving some bouldering.
