USS Lewis B. Puller (ESB 3), an expeditionary sea base previously a part of the U.S. Navy's Military Sealift Command, was commissioned as a U.S. Navy warship today in Bahrain. The ceremony featured the reading of a letter from the ship's sponsor who was unable to make it to Bahrain. Puller (ESB 3) during a ceremony at Khalifa bin Salman Port in Al Hidd, Bahrain, Aug. 17.
