Stone crab season kicks off for southwest Florida fishermen

Here’s how we cook our stone crab! We use a jug to bring back saltwater from offshore to boil the crab claws in. Boil for 10-13 minutes depending on the size of the claws, then put them straight into a bowl of saltwater and ice for ~10 minutes.
