Dealing with shin splints? I’ve been a physio for 15 years and these are my top tips when it comes to dealing with this frustrating injury! 1️⃣ Make sure your pain is actually from shin splints. Shin splint pain should be spread out (over 10cm) along the inner lower aspect of your shin bone. If there’s an isolated tender hot spot, this could be a stress fracture.
